- maersk shipping company - mikhail gorbachev (the one with the lil’ stain, as 6 year old me would call him) - río tinto and its mines - avenida de la plata (and other housing blocks built to get the roma population out of the slums) - new churches - ceramics on kitsch façades  all of these i already found interesting 15 years ago.
